The room at Phuc Thao Villa was incredibly cozy with a lovely seating area where we could relax. The private bathroom had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and free toiletries. The LCD TV with cable channels kept us entertained during our downtime. Some rooms even offered views of the beautiful garden or city, adding to the overall ambiance.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower in the bathroom.

The staff at this villa were absolutely incredible, especially Ny who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The room was fantastic, always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of dishes and fresh fruits. We were amazed when they still offered us breakfast and allowed us to check out early at 4 am, even though it was outside their normal hours. The location was ideal, with a quiet and charming neighborhood and free bicycles that allowed us to easily explore both the city and Cua Dao Beach. We had such an amazing time here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Always stay at the same place when in Hoi An. Remember staff directed me where I needed to go. Perfect place for me: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, AC, airport shuttle. No pets. 24/7 reception. Coming back for weekend. Love it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making me feel at home. The location was perfect, just a short bike ride away from both the beach and the old city center. I loved exploring the nearby rice fields on the complimentary bikes. The pool was clean and inviting, and there were plenty of delicious Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Phuc Thao for a truly enjoyable stay.

The hotel location was perfect, situated between the beach and the old quarter. We were able to easily explore both areas by bike, which the hotel provided for free. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.
That there was no safe box in the room, but there were safe boxes available at the reception. the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall it was still tasty and filling.
